vail-report. huge. i mostly have no direction except to try to head in as many different directions as possible.
as i wrote to ileana: “the ‘resort’-ness is very annoying. it’s trying to look like some alpine village or whatever, it’s really fake. can’t leave bags out, have to use lockers that are $5 a pop (seriously?) so even if i bring lunch i have to pay $5 to get it out of the locker. so fuck it. and it’s a bit too far to walk in ski boots but i’m going to do that tomorrow to avoid the locker-mafia. burgers are $12. i don’t think that comes with fries. and that’s how i had hot chocolate for lunch.”
